Vanora Calcagno

Vanora is the newest addition to our team at Pinnacle, bringing with her over 30 years of valuable expertise in the Accommodation Industry. With a strong focus on Hotel Operations and Revenue Management, she has worked with both stand-alone and branded hotels, building a diverse and well-rounded skill set.

Before joining Pinnacle, Vanora spent 11 years as the General Manager for a leading Franchise Brand Hotel, where she honed her leadership and operational expertise. Throughout her career in the tourism and hotel industry, she has held a variety of senior roles, including positions in executive management, sales and revenue, and food & beverage.

Her extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of effective revenue management to maximise a property’s performance. Vanora’s operational knowledge and strategic insights make her a valuable asset to our team, as she continues to help our clients achieve the best possible results for their properties.
